As a web designer, we get tons of projects all at once. Question is… how do we prioritize them? Which project should we work on first? Do we work on the projects that are easy? Or the most important one? Or the projects that are on deadline? Arrgh!
Just like today, I got 4 email campaigns for coding, UI edits and web updates for today’s push. They all want it today.
Here are 3 tips that I can share to keep up on projects:
- List all the projects lined up
- Estimate the number of hours that would take on each project
- Push back on some other projects that could not be done within the day
